What is a good working environment?

There is no exact definition of what a good working environment is, but surely we can all agree that work is more productive when the atmosphere is positive. So, just as a bad environment at work has its disadvantages, a good environment has plenty of benefits for everyone.

A good working environment can include several factors, such as the air environment, the absence of noise, the organization of the space, the relationship between people, the way of communicating – and they are all important.

People spend most of their time at work, sometimes even more than at home, with family and friends. If we are in a place where we feel good, we will be more productive people, with better results.

The same goes for the room’s climate: if we’re in a room that’s too hot and/or cold, or with unwanted noises, we won’t have the same motivation to carry out our tasks as if we were in a more comfortable climate. If there is this bad feeling, it can be reflected in various ways. A study carried out by Robert Half shows that 89% of companies recognize that good results are directly linked to the motivation and happiness of workers.
