For the Lisbon area, aged between 22 and 45, with a valid driving license and a clean criminal record.

Preference is given to whom:

– Resides in the Odivelas/Loures area;

– Experience in assembly;

– Ability to learn;

– Availability to work and travel within the country;

– Availability for immediate entry.

Main responsibilities:

– Developing design concepts for residential and commercial projects;

– Create 3D layouts using design software;

– Managing schedules and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time.

Main responsibilities:

– Planning and development of construction projects;

– Collaborating with architects and designers to ensure the technical feasibility of projects;

– Carrying out structural calculations and materials analysis, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations;

– Supervising the execution of works and ensuring quality and safety on site.
